What services do you provide?

In addition to my online courses, I provide individual coaching and business consulting sessions. My offering includes two options for clients to choose from depending on their needs and situations. I offer these options for both my coaching clients and consulting clients. I structured my offering this way because I wanted to give my clients a greater level of autonomy and flexibility that can be lacking in extended, multi-month contracts.

  • One-off 30-minute virtual sessions: This is a helpful option for busy professionals and others who may not be able to commit to a weekly session or who are seeking ad hoc support over time.

  • Package of sessions billed as a monthly subscription: A monthly package includes four 30-minute sessions to be scheduled and completed within that month. Clients may book two 30-minute sessions back-to-back in order to have longer sessions and meet every other week if that structure is preferred. In addition to virtual sessions, clients with a package have the opportunity to communicate with me between sessions through recorded audio messages via a private messaging app. This is a helpful option for people who have the capacity to prioritize weekly or bi-weekly sessions and who are looking for more support between sessions.

How do I know if coaching or business consulting is right for me?

Coaching is for individuals primarily seeking to feel more connected with their truth and create a shift in their lives. When working with my clients as a coach, I may help them define their values and what is most important to them, identify and overcome limiting beliefs, and create more congruence between their internal experience and outward expression.

Example goals include:

  • Navigate a career, relationship, or other life transition with greater resilience and compassion

  • Create deeper and more authentic relationships that feel supportive

  • Prioritize personal health and wellbeing in order to have more energy and enjoyment in daily life

Business consulting is for individuals primarily seeking support for the launch and development of their businesses. While I leverage my valuable coaching skills and tools with my consulting clients, the targeted outcomes these clients want to create are aligned with their specific business goals. When working with my clients as a consultant, I may review the current state of business and strategic plan for the future, indicate potential areas for improvement, and provide suggestions for next steps.

Example goals include:

  • Launch a new business successfully and efficiently

  • Improve profitability and operational sustainability 

  • Develop a new product and/or service (e.g. online courses)

Overall, it is my client’s responsibility to decide how to implement choices and take action that moves them forward. 

Who do you work with?

I work with people who value growth and improving their lives. My coaching clients include high achievers looking for deeper meaning, connection, and enjoyment in their career, health, and relationships. While some coaching clients are entrepreneurs and business owners, these clients often choose coaching over consulting when they want to focus more on the personal aspects of their outcomes and goals. My consulting clients include first-time entrepreneurs, trained practitioners, and established business owners in service-based health, wellness, beauty, and fitness industries. They often want to break out from the “standard” mold of businesses like theirs and instead create businesses that are unique to them and their values.

What is your approach with clients?

My approaches with coaching and consulting are client-led, creative, and collaborative in nature. I combine thought-provoking questions with tools and practices that help my clients expand their body awareness and deepen their connection with their intuition. I offer a non-judgmental space for my clients to explore what they truly desire, understand what may be obstructing their progress, and do the internal work that helps them take actions aligned with their goals in life and business.

How are sessions conducted?

Virtual sessions are conducted through video call software. Clients have the option for phone call sessions if that is preferred. Appointments are scheduled through my online scheduling software, which is integrated with my website. Clients use specific links that I provide them to access my online calendar. Appointments are available on a first-come-first-served basis, and clients can book up to four weeks in advance.

What are your prices?

Please refer to my Coaching and Consulting pages for my latest pricing. I am currently in the process of completing additional certifications and plan to increase my prices in 2025 upon completion of those credentials. I will notify my active clients of any pricing increases in advance so they may anticipate adjustments.

What are your coaching hours?

My sessions with clients are generally between 10:00AM and 3:00PM Eastern Time Zone Tuesday-Friday. Monday, evening, and weekend sessions are rare exceptions. I adjust my calendar in advance of holidays and other planned out-of-office periods so there are adequate time slots available for all my clients. I also limit the number of active clients on my roster at any given time to ensure each client receives adequate attention and energy. For clients on a monthly package subscription, I respond to recorded audio messages over a designated messaging application during business hours 9:00AM-5:00PM Eastern Time Zone Monday-Friday, excluding planned out-of-office periods and unforeseen delays due to emergencies. My monthly package subscription clients can expect my response to audio messages within 24 hours during business hours and up to one message per weekday. I do not respond to emails or messages outside of business hours or during planned out-of-office periods.

After I review your form, I will send you an email with next steps for scheduling a free 15-minute introductory session to determine if we are a good fit and whether one-off sessions or a monthly package would be best for you.
