What type of coaching do you provide?
I provide one-on-one coaching that helps my clients create and navigate change impacting their health and overall life direction. Coaching is for individuals primarily seeking to feel more connected with their truth and create a shift in their lives. When working with my clients as a coach, I help them better define their values, identify and overcome limiting beliefs, and take actions that move them in the direction of their goals.
Example goals include:
Prioritize behavior change with health, nutrition, and fitness for short-term and long-term objectives (e.g. body composition, performance, longevity)
Navigate career, relationship, and other life transitions with greater resilience and wellness
Create deeper and more authentic relationships that cultivate growth and support health
How do you work with clients?
A coaching package subscription includes two 45-minute sessions per month. If a client prefers to meet more frequently, they can purchase additional sessions as needed. I structured my offering this way so my clients have greater autonomy and flexibility that can be lacking in extended, multi-month contracts.
Who do you work with?
I work with people who value growth and improving their lives. My clients are looking for deeper meaning, connection, and enjoyment in their career, health, and relationships. They often want to break out from the “cookie cutter” mold and create lives that are unique to them and their values. Many have explored various personal development modalities and are looking for a more integrated approach that translates inspiration and insights into grounded implementation and sustainable change.
What is your approach with clients?
My coaching style is client-centered, creative, and collaborative. I combine thought-provoking processes with tools and practices that help my clients expand their awareness, leverage their strengths, and overcome challenges. I offer a non-judgmental space for my clients to define their goals, understand what may be obstructing their progress, and do the internal work that helps them take actions aligned with their goals.
How are sessions conducted?
Virtual sessions are conducted through video call software. Appointments are scheduled through my online scheduling software, which is integrated with my website. Clients use private links that provide access to my online calendar. Appointments are available for booking on a first-come-first-served basis, and clients can book up to four weeks in advance.
What are your prices?
Please refer to my Coaching page for my latest pricing. I am currently in the process of completing additional certifications and plan to increase my prices in 2025 upon completion of those credentials. I will notify my active clients of any pricing increases in advance so they may anticipate adjustments.
What are your hours?
My sessions with clients are generally between 10:00AM and 3:00PM Eastern Time Zone Tuesday-Friday. I adjust my calendar in advance of holidays and other planned out-of-office periods so there are adequate time slots available for my clients. I also limit the number of active clients on my roster at any given time to ensure each client receives adequate attention and energy.
